Q6: How long does a refund take?
A6: After return approval, we process refunds within 24 to 48 hours. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Q7: My item arrived damaged—what should I do?
A7: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Quilvea.inf@hotmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will review the situation and offer a solution as soon as possible.

Q8: I entered the wrong address—what can I do?
